On-Ground Education (Bhoomi)
We are a Mumbai Based Non- Profit organisation that has been serving the youth since 2016. We aim to empower children who are willing to receive support for their academics by tutoring, skills development, enrichment activities and mentorship programs. We run 2 Education programmes for children, like - Digital Learning (Online Education), Bhoomi (On- Ground Education) under which we have two sub - projects Turning Point and Step Ahead at various levels of Schooling. Many students finish their studies from Standard 1 to 9, but without having the knowledge, skills and average marks required for their admissions in Standard 10. Some even rewrite their exams and are unable to get their desired score. We Can We Will tutor the Socio-Economically disadvantaged children from standard 5th to 12th and help them with lectures on daily basis so that they can build a successful career.
Shikshalay

Shikshalay

Shikshalay is an education-oriented project located in the Dahisar Tomato Market, where our team of 15 talented educators visit every week on Sundays to build a stronger academic base for over 50 children of the local areas. We usually conduct these tuitions before our Dahisar food distribution drive. Our educators and mentors help students revise the school syllabus for a better understanding and results, especially during the examination period. Our team firmly believes that knowledge and learning does not limit to a textbook, as we want these children to grow up to be open-minded young inquirers. To make our study sessions more interactive, the educators conduct planned activities and games. This helps our children to remain motivated and focused throughout the lessons while enhancing their creative minds.
Gurukul

Gurukul

They walk a mile to get water from a well. They worry about the costs of sending their children to school. Such is the condition of the socially disadvantaged in our country. Our volunteers go to such locations to help people who don’t always have enough food in the house. One such location is Gorai Dumping Ground (Gurukul). Where there are around 20-25 families, among which reside children who need a secure childhood. We aim to empower these people. -We educate them, provide them with good food and present them with employement opportunities that can open doors for a brighter future. Our volunteers know what to do. We hope to get more support from the common public and media to drive our purpose further.

Vidyalaya

Vidyalaya

Though the branches are now reaching far and wide but one must always acknowledge the roots. The roots of We Can We Will can be traced down to Vidyalaya, our 1st location at Sai Baba Temple at Kandivali, where we proudly impact over 300 kids. Our team of young educators visit every Sunday to provide children with free tutoring mentoring and counselling. For better results and analysis we have divided them into 4 groups. The tutelage begins at 7:00 am and ends at 11:00 am, the time which we spend with kids focuses on the overall development of the kid. Our main motto is to provide them with skills and knowledge that wouldn’t be focussed upon in schools in a fun and interactive way. We firmly believe that it is easier to build strong children than to repair broken men, therefore, the kids are taught and even given a platform to perform and showcase their talent with the help of our skilled and trained volunteers and educators.
Paathshala

Paathshala

We meet dozens of children at Dahisar Link Road (Eksar Village) who are like flowers in bloom, jewels on a branch. That is where started our Pathshala! Our time with them made us realise the childhood malnutrition they face. So we began an alliance to provide a whole meal to kids at least once in a week. The area where our Pathshala is situated is still one of the poorest in the locale where around 150-180 people/ workers reside. Surely, if our team of volunteers had one job - it would be to feed these children and educate them to write a beautiful futu

Gyanjot

It all started with our team member going to a temple and meeting the underprivileged kids nearby who were very enthusiastic about learning and without blinking an eyelid. We Can We Will’s family got extended to it's 5th location on October 2018. With the initial number of students being 7, we’ve successfully impacted 74 kids so far. Currently, we teach the kids inside a garden (Manoranjan Maidan). We proudly welcome 3-4 new kids on average every Sunday with proudly extending our family at Gyanjyot to 74 kids and counting. Living in slums and going to government schools obstructs their ability to unleash their potential. We make sure that they are equally concentrating on their skills and turning them into strengths for their bright future. First, we start with prayers, followed by our curriculum based on two main things - basic education and creative extracurricular activities like drawing, craft, dance, etc.

The students of this school don't receive teaching according to the class they are studying and so we at We Can We Will Foundation have implemented one to one mentoring for these kids whose class range from 5th to 9th for 2 hours every Sunday. Along with helping them academically, we try to encourage extra curricular activities by taking dance sessions for 1 hour daily. 3 hours of our time here at this location helps the child explore his/her abilities along with concentrating on studies.
Sanskriti

Sanskriti

Change is Difficult, But it is Always Worthwhile. This project took wings when the students of 9th Standard at We Can We Will Foundation decided to extend the same help received by them over the last few years. Starting from November 2020 the students under the effectual guidance of Ms. Nidhi Rahatwal help the kids who are begging on the traffic signals, Mahavir Nagar. Every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday, these kids visit We Can We Will’s premises with the consent of their parents. We provide them with home-cooked food and teach them basic subjects. The total number of kids in this project is 12. The difference we make to their lives is positive and lasting because they are off the streets and are learning something instead of begging. They have good health and smiles instead of worry lines. This, in turn, makes our students happy to be able to teach those kids and help create a better future themselves. The benevolence of our students makes us feel proud of the qualities we have imbibed in them. Needless to say, helping those in need has become our Sanskriti.
